I remember like it was yesterday
When you took a chance with a runt like me
It was love at first sight, definitely
Because I am for you and you for me

For better or for worse, from east to west
You and I remained constant through the years
When all things are so great and at their best
And when all things are rough and full of tears

I would just curl up and cuddle with you
When I can sense that you are feeling blue
And I say woof woof, which means I love you
I can always see a smile coming through

So when you feel down and broken-hearted
