Orchid

She displays her petals of purple hues 
And undulates gently as the wind blows
She glistens in the morning with a pose
And her magnificent bloom always glows  

She exudes her sweet fragrance in the air
And releases a pleasant aroma 
She emanates such an exquisite flair 
And her scent matches her lovely chroma 

She gyrates gracefully amidst the rain
And sways like a dancer in a ballet  
She flows dashingly with the howling wind 
And her strength demonstrates tenacity

She is stunningly beautiful yet strong
A muse that has been written in a song
